Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding legal agreement between you and LeaseOnDemand (“LeaseOnDemand,” “the Platform,” “we,” “us”), operated from Faridabad, Haryana, India. By creating an account, browsing listings, or otherwise using the Platform, you accept these Terms in full, along with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy, each incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform. If you use the Platform on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

LeaseOnDemand is a marketplace and listing platform that connects commercial property owners with businesses seeking to lease office, retail, warehouse, showroom, and similar commercial space. Browsing and searching listings is free. Each listing publicly shows limited details; full details — every photo, the exact address, and a PDF brief — are available on request for a one-time fee (see Section 6). We do not share a renter’s or owner’s contact information with the other party directly — where a renter is ready to move forward, our team helps facilitate the introduction.

LeaseOnDemand is a technology platform and intermediary only. We are not a real estate agent, broker, valuer, surveyor, lawyer, or party to any lease. We do not own, manage, inspect, or take possession of any listed property. We are not a party to, and do not guarantee, underwrite, or enforce, any lease agreement, license, tenancy, or other arrangement entered into between an owner and a renter, whether or not it was facilitated through the Platform. Any such agreement is strictly between the owner and the renter, on terms they negotiate and agree between themselves, and at their own risk.

Using the Platform, listing a property, or paying any fee does not entitle you to, and LeaseOnDemand does not promise, guarantee, or warrant, any of the following:

• That any listed property will be leased, rented, or occupied within any timeframe, or at all.
• That any listing will be viewed, searched for, shortlisted, or contacted by any renter, or by any particular number of renters.
• That any inquiry, brief unlock, or introduction will result in a site visit, a negotiation, or a signed lease.
• That a “Verified” badge, listing review, or document check reflects anything beyond LeaseOnDemand having reviewed the specific document(s) submitted for that listing at that time — it is not a certification of legal title, ownership, structural condition, regulatory compliance, or fitness for any purpose, and must not be relied on as one.
• That the Platform’s search ranking, marketing, promotion, or any subscription plan will produce any particular level of traffic, inquiries, or results for an owner’s listing.
• That any renter, owner, or other user is who they claim to be, or will act honestly, lawfully, or in good faith.

Commercial leasing outcomes depend on factors entirely outside LeaseOnDemand’s control — market demand, pricing, property condition and location, the parties’ conduct and negotiation, and matters of chance. You acknowledge and accept this uncertainty as an inherent feature of the commercial property market, not a failure of the Platform.

• Renters can browse and search listings at no cost, and unlock a property’s full brief for a one-time fee.
• Owners can publish listings, subject to an active subscription where applicable (see Section 6).
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account, whether or not authorized by you, except to the extent caused solely by our gross negligence.
• You must provide accurate information when registering, keep it up to date, and be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
• You must notify us immediately at leaseondemand1@gmail.com of any unauthorized use of your account.

Property owners agree that every listing they publish will be:

• Accurate — the property exists, is available, and matches the description, price, dimensions, and photos shown.
• Owned, or legally authorized on the owner’s own responsibility, to be listed and leased by the person submitting it.
• Kept up to date — marked unavailable or updated promptly once the property is no longer on offer.
• Free of any encumbrance, dispute, or legal restriction that would prevent the property from being lawfully leased, unless fully and accurately disclosed.

Owners are solely responsible for the truth, accuracy, and legality of everything they submit — listing details, photographs, and any document uploaded for verification. Our review of a listing or document is a good-faith administrative check, not an independent legal, structural, or title investigation, and does not shift that responsibility to LeaseOnDemand. All listings remain subject to our verification review before appearing publicly, and may be rejected, suspended, or removed at our sole discretion at any time, without liability to the owner, if they violate these standards, appear fraudulent, or violate applicable law.

For owners:

• Publishing a listing may require an active subscription (Quarterly or Half-Yearly plan, priced as shown on our Pricing page, plus applicable GST). Each base plan covers one listing. LeaseOnDemand may, at its sole discretion and without obligation to continue doing so, offer complimentary or promotional listing access from time to time; any such offer does not create an ongoing entitlement and may be withdrawn or changed at any time.
• Additional properties on the same account are a separate one-time fee per property (also shown on the Pricing page, plus GST), valid through your current subscription’s expiry.
• Subscriptions are billed upfront for the full plan duration and do not auto-renew unless you explicitly subscribe again.
• See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.

For renters:

• Browsing and searching listings is and will always be free — LeaseOnDemand does not charge renters brokerage or platform fees to search.
• Unlocking a property’s full brief (all photos, exact address, and a PDF) costs a one-time fee shown at checkout, plus GST, except where offered free of charge as a promotion at LeaseOnDemand’s discretion. The brief is delivered to the WhatsApp number you provide, typically within 12–18 hours. Delivery timing is an estimate, not a guarantee.

Where a lease is concluded between a renter and an owner connected through the Platform, LeaseOnDemand may charge the owner a one-time commission, communicated at the time the agreement is facilitated through the Platform. This is separate from, and in addition to, any subscription or listing fee, and is payable regardless of the lease’s subsequent duration, performance, or termination between the parties.

You agree not to, and not to attempt to:

• Publish false, misleading, fraudulent, or duplicate listings, or list a property you don’t have the right to lease.
• Upload a document you know or suspect to be forged, altered, or belonging to another person or property.
• Circumvent the Platform to avoid applicable fees after being connected through it, or otherwise interfere with LeaseOnDemand’s ability to earn fees it is contractually owed.
• Scrape, copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute Platform content or data without our written permission.
• Upload content that infringes any third party’s intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, or to harass, defraud, impersonate, or mislead any other user or third party.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, its servers, or any connected system.

Violation of this section is grounds for immediate suspension or termination of your account, in addition to any other remedy available to us at law.

The LeaseOnDemand name, logo, and platform design are our property and may not be used without written permission. Property owners retain ownership of the photos, descriptions, and documents they upload, and grant LeaseOnDemand a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, reproduce, and display that content on the Platform and in its marketing, for the purpose of operating and promoting the listing, for as long as the listing remains active and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping purposes.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• All information you provide is true, accurate, and not misleading.
• You have the legal right and authority to submit any listing, document, or content you upload.
• Your use of the Platform, and any lease or agreement you enter into with another user, complies with applicable law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LeaseOnDemand, its owner(s), employees, and agents from and against any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) content or documents you submit; (c) your dealings, disputes, or agreements with any other user, including any lease; or (d) your violation of any law or of any third party’s rights.

The Platform, and all content, listings, and information on it, are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, or that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Listing content, including descriptions, photographs, pricing, and availability, is supplied by owners and other users, not independently verified by LeaseOnDemand beyond the document review described in Section 5, and may contain errors.

LeaseOnDemand is not responsible for, and disclaims all liability arising from: the accuracy of any listing; the identity, conduct, statements, or actions of any user; any interaction, site visit, negotiation, dispute, or lease agreement between an owner and a renter; the physical condition, safety, legal status, or suitability of any listed property; or any loss arising from reliance on information found on the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LeaseOnDemand, its owner(s), employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, or data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, LeaseOnDemand’s total aggregate liability to you, for any and all claims arising out of or relating to the Platform or these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, will not exceed the total fees actually paid by you to LeaseOnDemand in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ten thousand rupees (₹10,000), whichever is higher. This limitation applies regardless of the number of claims and is a fundamental basis of the bargain between you and LeaseOnDemand.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the laws of India.

Any site visit, physical inspection, negotiation, or execution of a lease you undertake in connection with a property found through the Platform is undertaken entirely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence — including independently verifying ownership, title, regulatory approvals, structural condition, and any other matter material to your decision — before entering into any agreement or transaction. LeaseOnDemand strongly recommends that both owners and renters obtain independent legal advice before signing any lease.

Payments are processed by Razorpay; images and documents are hosted by Cloudinary; certain communications are sent via Resend and Google. LeaseOnDemand is not responsible for the acts, omissions, downtime, security, or policies of these or any other third-party service provider, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.

LeaseOnDemand is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disaster, act of government, internet or infrastructure failure, labour dispute, or failure of a third-party service provider.

We may suspend or terminate your account, without prior notice and without liability, if you violate these Terms, publish fraudulent or unlawful content, or misuse the Platform. You may close your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 3, 5, 9–15, and 17–20) will continue to apply.

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the Grievance Officer for LeaseOnDemand can be contacted at:

We will acknowledge a written complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 30 days of receipt, as required by applicable law.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Platform (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You irrevocably agree that the courts at Faridabad, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim, and you irrevocably submit to that jurisdiction and waive any objection to proceedings before those courts on the grounds of venue or inconvenient forum.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. No failure or delay by LeaseOnDemand in exercising any right under these Terms operates as a waiver of that right. These Terms, together with the policies referenced in Section 1, constitute the entire agreement between you and LeaseOnDemand regarding the Platform, and supersede any prior agreement or understanding on the subject.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above, and, where the change is significant, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active users. Continued use of the Platform after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
