Browsing and searching is 100% free, always. When you find a space you like, you can unlock the full verified brief — every photo, the exact address, and a PDF — for a small one-time fee.
Is listing really free right now?
Yes — while we're finishing payment setup, listing your first property costs nothing and needs no card. Paid plans (shown below) will apply once payments go live; nothing changes on an existing free listing without telling you first.
How long does a subscription last?
The Quarterly plan runs for 3 months. The Half-Yearly plan runs for 6 months plus 1 bonus month free — 7 months of listing access for the price of 6.
Can I switch plans?
Yes — subscribe to a new plan anytime from your dashboard. The new plan starts immediately and replaces your current one.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets via Razorpay.
Will there be a commission when a lease is signed?
Once payments are live, LeaseOnDemand plans to charge a one-time commission only on successful lease agreements — separate from any listing fee. Nothing is charged today.
