Refund Policy

Tenants never pay to browse listings or send inquiries, so this policy concerns property owner subscription payments only. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

• Before publishing any listing: if you haven’t submitted a single property for verification yet, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchasing a Quarterly or Half-Yearly plan.
• After publishing a listing: once at least one property has been submitted under a subscription, the subscription fee is non-refundable, as platform verification and listing services have already been rendered. You can still stop using the plan at any time — it simply will not be refunded for the unused period.
• Failed or duplicate payments: if a payment fails after money has been debited, or you are charged twice due to a technical error, the affected amount is refunded automatically within 5–7 business days. If it isn’t, contact us with your payment reference and we’ll resolve it.

The one-time commission charged on a successfully facilitated lease agreement is refundable only if the underlying lease is proven fraudulent or was never actually executed, at LeaseOnDemand’s discretion after review.

Email leaseondemand1@gmail.com with your registered email address and the Razorpay payment/order ID (visible in your Payments dashboard). We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay and typically reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
